With the advancement of technology it’s now possible for resort apartments to
make their accommodation available through selected organisations and
companies.
Your peace of mind
All of the resort apartments are of comparable 3 – 5 star standard. Plus, they
have all met strict quality criteria so that you can be assured that both the
apartment and the resort’s facilities are of a high standard.
Some accommodation is half board or all inclusive. The rates are very
competitive and in many instances, discounted. Resorts where this is applicable
will be indicated by the ‘All Inclusive’ or ‘Half Board’ symbols.
Some resorts apply a utility charge to cover the costs of electricity, gas
water and cleaning etc. Utility charges are payable directly to the resort upon
arrival and where applicable, are indicated in an apartment’s details.
Financial Protection
For the financial protection of customers, the monies
collected by the Global Accommodation Platform are held in an escrow (Client)
account. This account is administered by First National Trustee Company, an
independent trustee company, who manage funds in excess of £400 million. The
monies are only released in full to the resort apartments once the service has
been delivered to the customer and they have returned home from their holiday.
